Chilisin Corporation reported August 2021 consolidated revenue of US$53.668 million, recording revenue down 1.47% MoM and up 11.16% YoY, with accumulated 2021 revenue of US$428.666 million, up 19.93% YoY. (All figures are based on exchange rate of USD/TWD 28.1280, for reference purpose only.) August’s consolidated revenue was lower than the previous month, mainly attributed to the reduced order pulling from some customers that are experiencing IC component shortage. However, the shipping volume for automotive related products continues to increase, the overall market demand remains stable. Although the uncertainty remains due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the company will stay prudently optimistic to face the ever-changing markets/pandemic situation and its operation outlook.
