Chilisin Group reports 2020 financial results with consolidated revenue

Chilisin’s Board of Directors has approved the Y2020 financial results today. The group’s consolidated revenue for Y2020 was US$614.22 million, up 9.9% YoY. The gross margin was US$164.35 million, up 26.7% YoY. The gross margin rate has increased by 3.55% from Y2019’s 23.21% to 26.76%. The earning after tax was US$54.35 million, up 38.2% YoY. The Board also made a decision to issue TWD $2.0 (estimated) dividend per share. Based on the current share price of Chilisin up to date, the yield rate is around 1.84 %.

In retrospect, driven by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the demand for the Stay-Home economy, remote working and learning, cloud computing and high-speed data streaming related products became significant; consequently resulting in the 9.9% YOY growth of the group’s Y2020 consolidated revenue. Looking ahead to 2021, the demand for 5G, WiFi 6 and Stay-Home economy related products will continue to grow. The group will improve the production efficiency of the factories and accelerate the reduction of production costs; which expects to increase the profitability of the Group's future operations and satisfy customer needs.
