Chilisin Group Reports October 2018 Consolidated Revenue of US$50.7 Million, Reaching Income Growth of 40.33% YoY.

 

Chilisin group’s consolidated monthly revenue for October 2018 reached US$50.79 million, recording a significant increase by 40.33% YoY despite decreased MoM growth by 25.86%. Along with MagLayer’s revenue, the group recorded actual revenue growth of 15.38% YoY. The group’s YTD sales (excluding MagLayers) reached US$497.8 million, recording a significant growth of 44.23% YOY. Along with MagLayers’revenue, YTD revenue reached US$537.8 million, increasing by 25.88% YoY.
China’s October long holiday decreased the shipment days and the recent trade dispute resulted in this month’s lower revenue MoM. Yet, the YTD revenue remains to grow as high as 44.34%. Despite market uncertainty, the Group's marketing strategies in automotive electronics, industrial automation and cloud big data are gradually fermenting, orders are still growing steadily, adding the Group's high proportions on customized products, resulting less impact by the external environment compared to the other passive component providers.
Chilisin’s individual revenue of October 2018 reached US$18.5 million, showing an increase of 7.59% YOY despite decreased MoM growth by 16.18%. YTD revenue of 2018 was US$187.5 million, growing by 14.01% YoY, yet still maintaining double-digit revenue growth.
MagLayer’s individual revenue of October 2018 reached US$7.54 million, showing a slightly decreased revenue by 3.59% YoY and 27.99% MoM. YTD revenue of 2018 was US$86.4 million, showing an increase of 5.38% YoY.
Ralec’s individual revenue of October 2018 reached US$19.05 million, recording a significant increase of 48.02% YoY, despite decreased MoM growth by 36.48%, yet still maintaining double-digit revenue growth. YTD revenue was US$202.6 million, showing a significant increase of 65.70%.
Ferroxcube’s individual revenue of October 2018 reached US$5.67 million, showing a slightly decreased revenue by 1.77% MoM and 7.13% YoY. YTD revenue of 2018 was US$61.1 million, showing an increase of 4.73% YoY. Initially, Ferroxcube had the chance to achieve new high revenue growth record, but the recent fire incident that resulted in inventory loss at the end of October in Dongguan factory has affected this month’s revenue.
The company’s strategy to keep up with the market trend and dispersed manufacture location worldwide will be able to reduce the industry’s changing risks, and the growing number of new customers will surely make this year’s operating performance worth looking forward to.
